I take the selfies from friends and family as well as scenic skylines that I photograph, and incorporate them into the background of my portraits. The skylines I chose all range—Dependent upon the lighting and the colors within the selfies I am given, I then pick out which ones align well together. Throughout my process I am constantly changing my paintings.
